haha so many things have happened since i last blogged :p
hmmm cny was quite like the previous years, except that this yr my family had our reunion dinner outside! hehheh. something different from our usual steamboat, but seriously i'ld rather have the simple steamboat than pay so much and stone for like three quarters of the time we were at the restaurant. cos they expectedly had alot of business so we were sort of abandoned. i even closed my eyes to sleep and the manager could just walk past without caring! grrr... LOL :D oh and i realised pineapple tarts have become like rice during those 1st few days of cny, been eating them everyday!!
chingay rehearsal on fri was quite interesting :) got to see all those floats and performers up close but sadly forgot my camera! nvm i brought it on the chingay day itself =) so we danced alot of times whilst waiting for it to start plus danced even more times during the rehearsal itself down the whole stretch of orchard, so at the end of it....bahhh LEGS WERE ACHING!!! was the same thing for the actual chingay itself. but all the same, it was fun! the spectators were encouraging too. they kept waving and high-5ed us :P:P and i saw doris and shihui helping out as crowd-controllers heh. yep and of course we walked around taking photos with the other performers YAY :D:D not many though...haha
